Q: What is your return policy?
A: We try very hard to accurately describe our merchandise. Sales of items that we call AS-IS are final. Remember that most of our merchandise is VINTAGE/USED, so please consider that when you bid. If we have made a mistake, just email us us right away. We will make it right. Read our feedbacks, and you will see that you can BID WITH CONFIDENCE!
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, and we will keep the costs as low as possible for you. Just email us, and ask us to send you one invoice for all your items won.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: That depends on how quickly you pay. We try to ship within 2 BUSINESS days of receiving payment. If you pay by check, and you're feedback rating is 'iffy', we will wait till the check clears.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: We DO NOT charge any handling or materials fee. The shipping costs are always listed in the ebay-provided shipping calculator. You will always know the shipping cost before you bid. There are no hidden or additional fees, unless stated in the ad. If we underestimate the cost, we pay the difference, not you.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, unless stated otherwise in the ads. The int'l shipping cost is programmed into the ebay-provided shipping calculator, so you always know the costs before bidding.
Q: Do you take PAYPAL? What about checks and money orders?
A: Yes, we now take PAYPAL payments. (Please email and ask us about paying any other way, thanks!)
