WILLIAM
JOHN LEWIS, M.D. (Jack)
Dr. Lewis, a Clinical Professor Emeritus at Wright State University School of Medicine, practiced Family Medicine in the Dayton area for about forty years.
In addition, he has been very active in medical, church, and other community activities. Since his retirement from practice, he has increased his Welsh-American activities. He is currently serving as president of the National Welsh-American Foundation, and is a past president of the Welsh National Gymanfa Ganu Association. He has conducted cymanfoadd in Ohio, Vermont, New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin to name a few.
He resides in the Dayton suburb of Centerville, Ohio with is wife, Ann. They have one son, three daughters and seven grandchildren.
