Patrol Division Commander
Major Kevin Martin is the Patrol Services Division Commander. The Patrol Services Division is the largest division within the Lima Police Department. Working under the command of Major Martin are the lieutenants for the shifts (Shift Commanders) and their Sergeants. Also included in this division are all the uniform police officers. Investigative Division Commander
Major Richard Shade is the Investigative Services Division Commander. Working under the command of Major Shade is a lieutenant, seven detectives and their sergeant, two juvenile officers, two identification officers, one property custodian, four correction officers, and the six officers, including their sergeant, of the Pro-Active Crime Enforcement Unit (P.A.C.E.). Administrative Services Commander
Major Tony Swygart is the Administrative Services Division Commander. Working under the command of Major Swygart is Sgt. Beverly Leary, the C.R.I.M.E. Unit, D.A.R.E. officers, the School Safety Officer, Records Bureau, Records Clerks, and a vehicle maintenance mechanic. It is the responsibility of the Administrative Services Division to make sure that the Patrol Services Division, the Investigative Services Division, and the department as a whole has everything they need to operate efficiently.
