Business Centers

Completing the application forms and checking the TRIO Box on the form will establish three Business Centers (001, 002, 003) in your name. There is no need to fill in a "INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ASSOCIATE APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT Form" for you 002 and 003 Centers. For a Center to earn commissions, you must qualify that center by purchasing 5 bottles of CALORAD. Your initial order will activate your 001 Center. You will not receive commission credit for any purchases through your 001 Center. You will earn commission credit for all orders placed beneath your 001 Center.

You may qualify your 002 or 003 Centers at a later date, but they will lose any commission credit before they are activated. I suggest that you qualify your 002 and 003 Centers before you sign up people beneath you. When you order more product, you must order through your 002 or 003 Centers for your 001 Center to earn commission credit. Of course, if you have others signed-up below you, credit them when you order for yourself.
