THE COMPENSATION PLAN

The commission system is a simple Binary Plan. The commission per bottle is the same amount, regardless of the level that it comes from, unlike other Multilevel Compensation Plans that pay various percentages based on the level and stop paying below a certain number of levels.

Each Center has a left and a right leg. After a Center has 20 bottles of CALORAD credited to each leg, Essentially Yours Industries Corp. (EYI), the company that markets CALORAD will send you a check for $250.00. After a Center has 60 bottles credited to each leg, EYI will send you a check for $500.00 (Total of $750.00). After a Center has 140 bottles credited to each leg, EYI will send you a check for $1000.00 (Total of $1750.00). This averages to be $6.25 per bottle.

One of the advantages of this Binary Compensation Plan is that everyone Benefits from the orders placed below them. The order forms are constructed to permit crediting the order to any distributor and shipping the product to anyone in the United States. When ordering for yourself, credit your order to the bottom of your downline and ship it to yourself.

There are three disadvantages with this Binary Compensation Plan.

First, the company can not pay a commission for an infinite number of levels without going bankrupt. Therefore, they only pay commissions on the first 140 bottles per week that are credited to each leg of a Center. Since each Center has two legs you will only lose commission on a Center after ordering 280 bottles per week. Every Friday at 5:00 pm. Vancouver Time, a Center will be reset if the volume is over 140 bottles on each leg. Your other downline Centers will not be affected unless they are over 140 bottles on each leg.

If a center is under 140 bottles on each leg, the volume is carried over to the following week.

The above two disadvantages can generally be circumvented by careful timing and placement of your orders.

The third disadvantage is that Centers must be requalified during any month that you earn a commission check, in order to receive the commission checks. This requirement only begins after you have earned the first check for that Center and only if you earn a commission that month. If you do not earn a commission that month, there is no requirement to requalify.

Each Center is treated separately, requalifing your 001 Center will not requalify any other Center. And likewise, the requirement to requalify one Center does not extend to other Centers.

If you do not requalify, EYI will hold the check until you do, unlike other Multilevel Compensation Plans where you would permanently lose the check. To requalify a 001 Center, you must order $100.00 (wholesale price not including shipping) through that Center. You will not receive commission credit on that order. To requalify a 002 or 003 Center you must order $75.00 through those centers. the 002 or 003 Center will not receive commission credit for that purchase. However, your 001 Center will.
