HOW TO PURCHASE CALORAD

Ordering CALORAD ® is easy, just call toll-free 1-800-860-0023. The operators will be glad to take your VISA or MASTERCARD credit card order.

Each bottle is a one month supply.

For orders of 4 bottles or less CALORAD ® the retail cost is $58.00 per bottle (includes $3.00 shipping and handling):
1 bottle        $58.00
  2 bottles       $116.00
  3 bottles       $174.00
  4 bottles       $232.00

On orders of 5 bottles or more of CALORAD ® the wholesale cost is $212.50 for the first 5 bottles and $42.00 for each additional bottle, including shipping and handling. For example:
  5 bottles       $212.50
  6 bottles       $254.50
  7 bottles       $296.50
  8 bottles       $338.50
  9 bottles       $380.50
10 bottles       $422.50

    Add $42.00 for each additional bottle in excess of 11 bottles.

Ohio residents must add 6% sales tax to the cost of the CALORAD. That is $3.30 per bottle on retail orders (4 bottles or less) and $2.40 per bottle on wholesale orders. Shipping and Handling are not taxable.

Your order will be shipped by UPS and should arrive in about one week.

    NOTE: If you are buying 5 or more bottles, you are eligible to sign up as a CALORAD ® distributor (with no additional cost) and earn commissions. You will also be able to order directly from the Essentially Yours Industries Corp., the manufacturer of CALORAD or continue ordering from the Elida Health Food Store.
